ERI is nationally recognized for its expertise in creation, development and implementation of industry-related Community Advisory Panels (CAPS) across the U.S. ERI professionals provide facilitation and recording services to panels throughout the U.S and has also consulted on CAPS with international corporations in Europe and Africa. ERI’s CAP services include community assessments, facilitation, consultation and evaluation of panels. Since creating and facilitating one of the first panels in the U.S. for DOW in 1988 – ERI has established and facilitated more CAPS than any other company in the U.S.
