ERI has created and implemented complete Leadership development programs for a variety of public and private organizations such as the LA Realtors Leadership Institute, as well as serving as the facilitator on an on-going basis with established programs such as the New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute (NORLI). ERI is often called to present at established Leadership Programs which operate with a regional or multi-state base such as the Rocky Mountain Program based at the University of Colorado and the South Central Public Health Leadership Institute based at Tulane University School of Public Health.

Statewide leadership programs such as Leadership Alabama and area Leadership Programs such as Leadership Terrebonne and Leadership Jefferson have used our expertise in Communication skills and Servant Leadership. Suire was instrumental in the founding and establishment of Leadership Baton Rouge and Leadership Louisiana.
