Ross is a medical doctor and board-certified in psychiatry. He has two Masters degrees in business administration and public health. As a former member of both the board of directors and the executive management team of Lafayette, LA based Acadian Companies, Ross was integral in the strategic planning, management training, quality improvement, safety, and medical operations. He also served as Medical Director. During his tenure, average share price grew 13% annually. At one time or another, Ross had executive oversight over a variety of departments, including human resources, billing, purchasing and distribution, and information systems. He founded the nationally recognized EMS Academy and performance improvement systems for a 3,500 person workforce. He has been certified and presented Emergeentics for many years.

Whether in the board room or amidst the horrors of Hurricane Katrina, Dr. Judice has demonstrated visionary leadership and a strong work ethic. His education and experiences are broad; his organizational skills and project management sharp. He respects differences and encourages dreamers.
